Hi, and welcome to my blog.

My name is Jenni and I am a family lifestyle blogger who loves to take photos.  I live with my wonderful husband, son, daughter and west highland terrier.  We bought our first house in 2011 and spent 3 years renovating it before setting off for a new life in the Cotswolds.  I set up this blog to share my design inspiration and general thoughts on life back in 2011, and it has evolved massively since then.  My life has changed from full time London rat race to full time parent.  My focus has changed, but my thrifty ways have come in handy as we moved from two incomes to one after the birth of our son in 2012.

Here you will find family interiors inspiration,  diy ideas, thrifty tips and garden updates.  In 2013 I appeared on the Channel 4 program Superscrimpers providing thrifty fashion tips.  I welcome PR contact, and will consider all approaches broadly in line with the themes of the blog.  I particularly love a home or garden challenge!   I look forward to sharing our lives with you, I love to read your comments and try my best to reply.  You can also find me on twitter .
